Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts.
• Monitor provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Generate MIS reports and provide actionable insights to management.
   

  Costing & Manufacturing Finance

• Manage product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation, WIP, BOM costing, and overhead absorption.
• Analyze manufacturing cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Monitor plant expenses against budgets and track financial performance.
• Support cash flow planning and working capital management.
• Prepare profitability and variance analysis reports.

• Compliance & Audits

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.

• ERP & Process Improvement

• Ensure effective utilization of ERP/SAP systems.
• Improve financial processes through automation and standardization.
• Monitor cost centers, profit centers, and financial controls within ERP.

• Stakeholder & Team Management

• Partner with production, procurement, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
• Guide and mentor finance team members to ensure operational excellence
  
   
• M.COM / MBA Finance preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing finance, costing, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
