Job Description

We are looking for an Import Executive to manage day-to-day import activities, documentation, shipment coordination, customs clearance and vendor/CHA coordination. The candidate should have experience handling imports for a manufacturing company and should be comfortable working with ERP systems and import-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import activities and documentation.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipments and documents.
Track shipments and ensure timely material delivery.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and transporters.
Handle customs clearance and import-related formalities.
Verify invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB and other documents.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Finance and Production teams.
Update import records and transactions in ERP.
Monitor pending shipments and resolve delays/issues.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies.
