Job Description

Manage day-to-day store operations including material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch.
Handle inward and outward movement of raw materials, consumables and inventory.
Maintain stock records and update inventory details in ERP/system.
Manage inventory of SS Flanges, SS Rods, SS Coils and other steel/stainless-steel materials.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP/system records.
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, damages or discrepancies.
Maintain GRN, material issue, transfer and return documentation.
Ensure proper storage, systematic arrangement, housekeeping and safety of the store.
Support inventory audits and month-end stock reconciliation.
Prepare MIS and regular inventory reports as required.
