Draw Bench Operations
Lead overall commercial operations across manufacturing locations.
Manage strategic procurement, vendor development, negotiations, and cost reduction.
Oversee inventory, stores, stock verification, and material availability.
Manage dispatch, logistics, transportation costs, and timely deliveries.
Ensure GST, statutory, ISO, and audit compliance.
Monitor commercial budgets, copper hedging, and scrap disposal.
Coordinate ERP implementation and workflow standardization.
Lead the commercial team and monitor performance, safety, and 5S.
Prepare commercial MIS reports for management.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Commerce, or Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in Commercial, Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Preferably 5–6 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in raw material sourcing, vendor negotiations, and cost reduction.
Preferred industries: HVAC, Refrigeration, Copper/Steel/GI Tubes, Heat Exchangers, Automotive, and Engineering Components.
