Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate between Sales, Production, and Dispatch for timely order execution.
• Prepare and update the daily dispatch schedule.
• Track sales orders from order receipt to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare customer-wise MIS reports and sales updates. • Follow up on customer payments with the Accounts team.
• Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle placement and dispatch.
• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and related documentation;
Tally/ERP knowledge preferred. • Support sales forecasting, IFEX activities, and business promotion.
• Assist in ISO/QMS documentation and coordination.

Required Skills • Strong coordination and communication skills. •
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse sales, dispatch, customer, and payment data.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customers.
• Experience in Sales Coordination / Dispatch Coordination / Customer Coordination in a manufacturing company is preferred. Candidate Preference • Female candidates preferred.
